Mastercrete & Sons Inc. was built from the ground up through dedication, skill, and a vision for something greater. Eddie Sledge Jr. moved to Hampton, Virginia from Huntsville, Alabama over 20 years ago to work for a construction company as a concrete finisher.
It was there that he developed the skills, discipline, and attention to detail that would shape his future. Over the years, he mastered his craft — but he wanted more. More stability. More freedom. And something he could build for his family.
After starting a family with his wife — raising two sons and a daughter — Eddie made the decision to step out and create something of his own. That vision became Mastercrete & Sons Inc.
Today, with over 100 completed projects across residential and commercial spaces, Mastercrete & Sons continues to grow strong — built on family values, real experience, and a commitment to excellence that shows in every project.
